Within 7 days of any paid unlock — Module Unlock, Starter Pack, Pro Monthly, Pro Annual, Lifetime, or Coach Top-Up — email refunds@cognitive-ai-index with your purchase email and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.

Why we offer this

Trust is the product. We’d rather lose $9 than your respect.

What happens after refund

Your scores remain yours — we don’t “clawback” your Mind Map. Your unlocked report becomes view-only and you lose access to retests and Pro features tied to the refunded plan.

After 7 days

We still try to do the right thing. Email us with your reason and we’ll handle it case by case. We’d rather have a long conversation than a bad review.
